Coca-Cola prizes

First prize was £1,000 worth of shopping vouchers, which were won by Karen Borg from Roch-dale, Lancashire.

Angela Thompson from Radcliffe, Greater Manchester, and Stephen Rowland from Atherton, Lancashire, were the two runners-up and both won £250-worth of shopping vouchers. At the fair, held at the Bolton Arena, the company also gave away free bottles of Coca-Cola.

The one-day regional event, organised by British Baker and Bake & Take, brought together millers, ingredients manufacturers, machinery suppliers, wholesalers and drinks companies.
