Dawn Foods (Evesham, Worcester) has launched Extra Moist Muffin Mix into its Baker's Select Range in two classic flavours - original and chocolate.
Bakers can further extend their range offering by using other inclusions, such as chocolate chunks, fresh or dried fruit, toffee pieces or nuts and finish with Dawn Foods Spread 'n' Gloss topping, crumble, sugar nibs or glaze, says the company.
As part of the Baker's Select range the mix has no trans fats or hydrogenated fats and is lower in sodium.
