French patisserie producer, Brioche Pasquier, has launched a new ready-to-eat treat.

Made from a brioche dough “which has been worked into a light puff pastry and layered like a croissant”, each Les Brioches Pain au Chocolat is filled with dark chocolate.


Best eaten cold or gently warmed through, the pastries are suitable for vegetarians and available in packs of 6 individually wrapped pieces.

Les Brioches Pain au Chocolat could be part of an on-the-go breakfast offering, or is suitable as a snack at any time of day.

Last month, Brioche Pasquier added Paul Thompson to its UK foodservice team as sales manager.
