(near Newquay, Cornwall) has rolled out seasonal items, including: a turkey and cranberry pasty, complete with sage and onion stuffing; a hand-raised pork and cranberry pie, made with hot water pastry; and an apple and mincemeat pasty. All three joined Crantock's existing range of 26 pasties, from traditional Cornish to beef madras.
Managing director Nick Ringer said: "Our seasonal specials offer variety to customers and they appreciate the effort we make to change the menu."
