Campden launches food management trio

Campden BRI, the independent food research company, is to run a number of courses for the proper management and control of systems in food production.

It is running a supplier quality assurance foundation course, which takes place on 5-6 September and the group’s next auditor/lead auditor training is in Surrey on 10-14 September.

A new root cause analysis course is also being launched on 11 September.
