British Baker is to host a special event – The BB75 Lunch – on 29 February 2012, at The Boundary in Shoreditch.

Senior executives from all bakery retailers listed in the annual BB75 league table will be invited to the lunch, which will feature a talk by Ken McMeikan, CEO of Greggs, which currently tops the table.

Shop designer Aichinger will also present its vision of ‘the bakery coffee shop of the future’.

The BB75 tracks firms that sell baked products as the primary element of their food offering in a retail, food-to-go or eat-in format, and benchmarks them by the number of outlets operated.
