Perfect Patisserie’s £1.75m pricetag
London and Wales-based wholesale and foodservice supplier Perfect Patisserie is up for sale, with a £1.75m price tag.
The £2.4m turnover company, which was established in 1992, supplies major hotel groups, Premier League football clubs, restaurant chains and retailers with patisserie. It is based in a large industrial unit in Crumlin, South Wales, and also has finishing and distribution premises in Middlesex.
Owner Piero Cutrupi, who founded the company in 1992, said he plans to go back to Italy after selling the business.
