Terms and Conditions - Age 4-7 year old category

1.    This competition is open to UK residents aged not less than 4 years old and not more than 7 years old on 1st July 2010, except employees of the Organiser or the participating bakers involved, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the competition.

2.    Entry to the competition is subject to these rules and any instructions set out with the competition details.

3.    This competition is limited to one entry per person.

4.    To be entered into the competition you must colour in the drawing and complete the entry form in full in ink with a valid address for us to notify you if you win.  Photocopies will not be accepted.

5.    Drawings and entry forms must be returned to the baker by whom they were issued no later than 5pm on Friday, 2nd July 2010. Only entries received by that time will be entered into the competition.

6.    Each baker will select one entry to be entered into the National Final to be held on 20th July 2010, when a panel of judges will select the winning entry and the prize winner will be contacted by the Organiser within 14 days. Only the prize- winners will be contacted personally.

7.    Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

8.    Pictures will become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to entrants.

9.    There is one prize only of a Nintendo Wii, complete with two Ninentendo Wii Games.  There is no cash alternative to the prize.

10.    To obtain the winner’s name send a stamped addressed envelope to: National Association of Master Bakers, 21 Baldock Street, Ware SG12 9DH, between 2nd August 2010 and 16th August 2010.

11.    The Organiser’s decision is final on all matters affecting this competition and legally binding.  No correspondence will be entered into.

12.    The Organiser reserves the right to terminate or suspend the competition at any time.

13.    By entering this competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of the competition and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.  All entry instructions form part of the rules.

14.    The Organiser reserves the right to publish the prize-winner’s name and/or pictures for future publicity and promotions

15.    These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
