Big changes to Mini Rex
European Process Plant (Epsom, Surrey) has extended the Koenig Mini Rex range with additional enhancements. The Mini Rex two-pocket divider is now available to customers with a single-phase energy supply. Previously, a three-phase supply was necessary.
Enhancements to the design of the dividing and rounding system on the Mini Rex 4000 machine mean the weight range is extended to 28g-130g. In addition, the new design of the pistons and rounding system gives a bolder mould to dough pieces.
The Koenig Mini Rex 4000 TR/G can produce 1,500-4,000 dough pieces per hour.
Up to 50 product settings can be stored on the machine with the computer controlling dough piece weight, stroke speed, run quantity, rounding speed, rounding pressure and rounding action.
