Show-off display units
Valera (West Thurrock, Essex) is sole UK distributor for Sanyo’s Professional EMC 2001 microwave oven. The oven has a 1.9kW power output for fast cooking and a large 37-litre cavity space – the EMC 2001’s dimensions mean it can take tall jugs and containers. It is made in stainless steel, with a sealed-in ceramic base plate, ensuring durability and easy cleaning.
Electronic controls and a digital display help make the oven easy to use. Ten programmable presets with a three-stage memory mean even inexperienced staff can ope-rate the EMC 2001; there is also a manual keypad and dial time entry. There are 10 power levels available, including variable defrost and multi-portion x2 and x3 presets.
Valera also offers a range of multideck display units, the VMD range. Standard features include four shelves plus the base for maximum display area; night blind for added security; automatic defrost; and forced air curtain cooling. The standard finish is white, although other colours and stainless steel are also offered.
