The difference between costing and pricing is the topic of a business day, which aims to encourage bakers to ask themselves some tough questions.
The event is organised by the National Association of Master Bakers and will be held at the Best Western Hilton Hotel in Derby on 6 June. Tony Robb, bakery manager at Chatsworth Farm Shop, will give a talk about the shop and bakery, followed by a tour the next day.
