More exhibitors sign up to BIE

The latest exhibitors confirmed for next year's Baking Industry Exhibition include ingredients company Orchard Valley Foods, bakery products supplier Dawn Foods and catering equipment firm Reynards.
They will be exhibiting alongside names including Rank Hovis, Fermex and Scobie McIntosh at the show from 6 to 9 April at Birmingham's NEC.
The show will feature craft masterclasses and competitions, a live demonstration bakery and a bake-off area.
