The mix for Simnel cake produces a moist fruit cake with a rich texture and good crumb stability, according to the company. BakeMark UK offers a range of dough conditioners that facilitate dough handling and processing, lending a consistent, light texture to the finished hot cross bun, says the firm. It also has a range of Readi-Bake of milk, white and double chocolate cookies and Crembel fudge icings.
