George runs Fullers Bakery, a family bakery producing traditional and speciality bread and confectionery daily in Goole, supplying wholesale as well as its own eight shops in Goole, Howden, Pocklington, Beverley, Crowle and Epworth.

Mike Holling
Executive Director, Craft Bakers’ Association & head of retail at Bird’s
Mike was appointed executive director of the Craft Bakers’ Association (CBA) last year after a relaunch of the organisation and after having been chairman for five years. He was an instrumental campaigner who galvanised the industry when the government announced the pasty tax in 2012. He has been at Bird’s for 22 years.
