Over the past months, we have been working flat out at the Soho Sandwich company, making thousands and thousands of sandwiches for many of the very special events that have taken, and are taking, place up and down the country during the summer, writes Adam Gilbert.

Last year, we at the SoHo Sandwich Co were awarded the coveted prize of Sandwich Designer of the Year, writes Adam Gilbert. This award was extremely well-contested across the country, with hundreds of excellent sandwiches being entered by some of the country's leading sandwich retailers and manufacturers, so it came as a real shock to us when were awarded this magnificent title.
