Bakery ingredients specialist CSM United Kingdom has launched an improved recipe for its Wrap Ice icing which has a natural vanilla taste, smoother application, better coverage and longer shelf-life.

Now rebranded under CSM's confectionery brand name Craigmillar, Wrap Ice has been improved to make it easier to apply to buns or cakes. It is also freeze-thaw stable.

Product manager Mattia Menni said: "We have made these improvements to Wrap Ice to give bakers a better all round product with no additional cost to the baker and have retained all the well-known features that make it the market-leading product."
