Held at the city’s racecourse on 8 September, staff produced bespoke cupcakes for over 1,000 walkers, and joined in the 2km and 10km walking events.
The event sought to raise awareness of dementia, and generate funds for research and services for those living with the condition in Merseyside.
The Alzheimer’s Society and Marie Curie Cancer Care are the company’s chosen charities for the year.
The company has also lent its support to The Liverpool Women’s Hospital, celebrating its 18th birthday with a large celebration cake.
Fran D’Arcy, community fundraiser at the Alzheimer’s Society, said: “It is great that Renshaw and its staff are rallying round to support the charity. The grand cupcake sale helped raise walkers’ energy levels and made a valuable contribution to raising awareness for the need to provide further support for people living with dementia across the UK.”
